CareEZ's partnerships are intentionally structured so that clinical authority, data stewardship, and distribution remain distributed. We are honest about what is confirmed and what is pending.

Partnership Relationships

Pre-award policy: No formal partner outreach has been initiated specifically for CareEZ. Relationships below either pre-exist (Getz Healthcare, TechUp Y06), are informal (Karen Chan), or are at letter-of-intent stage (Full Linkage). All formal MOUs are gated to HKEX IFS 2026 award notification. Status icons reflect this honestly.

Holds co-stewardship of the public clinical dataset under a Section 88 charitable structure. The s.88 status ensures the public dataset cannot be privatised — even if Carewells Limited is sold, acquired, or wound up.

ITC's TechUp Y06 grant funds backend engineering capacity that CareEZ leverages. This is a separate scope from the HKEX IFS 2026 application — both can run concurrently.
